In April 2025, Budapest’s Hungarian Heritage House presented and launched its newest digital platform called CRAFT_ME which presents Hungarian folk arts and crafts including instruction for practicing them. The new platform is similar to the already in use FOLK_ME platform for learning folk music. Hungarian Heritage House intends to – over time – develop similar digital platforms for example also for folk dance and other genres of Hungarian folk arts, and to continuously update and expand these online platforms. At the same time, Hungarian Heritage House also announced publication of an in-depth report on the status of Hungarian folk arts and the status of the Hungarian folk revival movements – the Népművészeti Jelentés [Folk Arts Report].
