Lőrincz Lajos – former director of the Maros Dance Ensemble (the National Székely Folk Ensemble) and also native of the village of Korond – gives a beautiful description of the dancing in his village – mentioning not only steps, figures, posture, improvisation and relationship to the music, but the local customs, village people, various age groups, the relationships between people and much more.
